SI5335D-B04217-GM Overview
The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Approximately 1.98V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. The number of uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC this time clock generator incorporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz can be produced. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
