SI5335D-B03214-GMR Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
