SI5335D-B04798-GM Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. A clock generating device that produces high-quality clock output frequencies of 200MHz is available for sale. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
