SI5335D-B02320-GM Overview
It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.98V of power. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. With this clock-generator, you can generate a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function. This frequency synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY to produce better clock signals.
