SI5335A-B08003-GM Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.98V of power.
