SI5335D-B02237-GMR Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generator, you can generate a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY features better clock signal output.
