This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. The 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package includes this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 48 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. As the Clock PLL's input, CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. It provides a maximum frequency of 2.25GHz.
