The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.98V. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. With this clock-generating device, 200MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. This frequency synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY to produce better clock signals.
