SI5335D-B01623-GM Overview
A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tray-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
