SI5335B-B02002-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.98V. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz can be produced. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C. There is a ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal.
