SI5335D-B01287-GMR Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.98V. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
