The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in this file. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There is a maximum voltage of 1.98V for this clock generator. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY features better clock signal output.
