SI5335D-B02389-GM Overview
The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in this file. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There is a maximum voltage of 1.98V for this clock generator. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY features better clock signal output.
