SI5335C-B08754-GMR Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. There are a total of 24 terminations in this file. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.98V of power. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
