SI5335A-B08459-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Approximately 1.98V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. The number of uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC this time clock generator incorporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. With this clock-generator, you can generate a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
