SI5335C-B07520-GM Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY features better clock signal output.
