SI5332AD08938-GM2 Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. There is a clock generator embedded in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. 333.33MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 1.71V~3.63V. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C TA, which is what is estimated by the test. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels is presented here. An electrical part such as this one can be classified as a Clock Generator component.
