SI5335C-B07061-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
