SI5335C-B05978-GM Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.98V. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
