MCK12140D Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tube package. This clock generator is embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 800MHz Max. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set. It has been classified as a Phase Frequency Detector electronic part, which means that it is a semiconductor.
