SI5335C-B05939-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
