SI5335C-B03915-GMR Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. There are 24 terminations found in this file. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. There is a maximum voltage of 1.98V for this clock generator. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. The clock PLL can synthesi350MHze a clock frequency of 350MHz with high quality. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
