ADF4360-3BCPRL Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP contains this Clock PLL. CMOS is designed as this clock generator's input. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 1.95GHz is available. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. There should be 3V~3.6V provided with this RF synthesizer. Clock logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer. As far as this electronic part is concerned, it can be classified as a Fanout Distribution, Integer N Synthesizer (RF) component.
