SI5335C-B02801-GM Overview
A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tray-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. There are 24 terminations found in the file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Approximately 1.98V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 1.71V. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
