SI5335B-B08722-GMR Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY features better clock signal output.
