SI5335A-B08463-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
