SI5335B-B08436-GM Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in the file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. Synthesi200MHzing a clock output frequency of 200MHz is possible with this clock-generator. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
