SI5335B-B08312-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. Approximately 1.98V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. A clock generating device that produces high-quality clock output frequencies of 200MHz is available for sale. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
