In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 1.71V. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
