SI5348B-D07011-GMR Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). The 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. A clock generator's input is called LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. An upper frequency limit of 350MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Clock PLL works with 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V supply voltage provided. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. It's compatible with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels.
