SI5335B-B07679-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. Approximately 1.98V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. The clock generator ic can synthesi200MHze a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start. There is a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal.
