SI5335B-B06365-GMR Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount.
