SI5332B-D-AM2 Overview
A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tray-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. This clock generator is embedded in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains 40 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer.
