SI5335B-B06141-GM Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. There is a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal.
