SI5335B-B05189-GMR Overview
It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.98V. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
