SI5335B-B05117-GMR Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in this file. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. There is a maximum voltage of 1.98V for this clock generator. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. With this clock-generating device, 200MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
