ADF4106BRU-REEL Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. As the Clock PLL's input, CMOS, TTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented.
