SI5335B-B05117-GM Overview
The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up. This frequency synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY to produce better clock signals.
