SI5335B-B02972-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing.
