The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. The input of this clock generator is designed to be HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 200MHz Max. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel.
