SI5335B-B03848-GMR Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are a total of 24 terminations in this file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.98V of power. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz can be produced. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
