Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.98V. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz can be produced. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
