SI5335B-B03276-GMR Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Synthesi200MHzing a clock output frequency of 200MHz is possible with this clock-generator. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
