SI5335A-B07891-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Approximately 1.98V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. Clock PLL synthesi350MHzes a high-quality 350MHz clock output frequency. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C. With ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY, this clock generator produces better clock signals.
