SI5335B-B02206-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.98V. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generator, you can generate a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C. There is a ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal.
