SI5335D-B06834-GMR Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. With this clock-generator, you can generate a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
