SI5335B-B08658-GMR Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in this file.
