SI5335B-B01735-GM Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. PF synthesizers is equipped with 24 pins. There are -40°C operations available on this frequency generator and it operates at low temperatures. It is possible for the clock generator ic to work at 85°C with a reduced performance.
