SI5335A-B08951-GMR Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage. The number of uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC this time clock generator incorporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
