It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. Clock generators can take up to 1.98V of power as a maximum supply voltageRF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5 V AND 3.3 V SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
