SI5335A-B08024-GM Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer.
